Cancellation Policy

***Note: According to the “Consumer Contracts Act § 18 para. 12”, the purchase of tickets is not covered by the right of withdrawal. ***

M/S Sabine acts as an intermediary (sale) of tickets for own ships. It is not possible to purchase tickets without acceptance of these terms and conditions and the customer is solely responsible for their reading.

In the event of card misuse, the cardholder must contact their own bank and make a payment stop, after which M/S Sabine must also be made aware of this.
